We have an older Navien tankless water heater that had an error code and wouldn't heat. Justin was able to quickly determine the issue was with debris that blocked a sensor, so a new part was not needed to be ordered. It was up and running quickly!

We had a pipe burst and woke up to a potential disaster. Jonathan Dickerson, Pure Plumbing owner was at our house in less than an hour and assessed the situation and went into action for us. After American Response completed their report Jonathan dispatched Justin Fallon on his team and he not only replaced the faulty pipe but gave us some very valuable tips on how to avoid this from happening again and precautions we can put into place. Had a leak in downstairs bath underneath the sink, not discovered until 5 30 pm Friday Feb 7. Appointment made over the phone that evening, for Saturday 10 am. Solved by replacing both angle stops. Was pleased to get a 1 for 1 replacement, multi turn angle stop. Very pleased with the response time and the price, given that it was an emergency plumbing job. Have recommended Pure Plumbing to my neighbors. Thank you!
